Filling Vessel

FILLING VESSEL

Filling Vessel

The Filling Vessel is designed for precise handling, storage, and transfer of liquids during production processes. It ensures accurate filling of liquids into downstream systems while maintaining product quality and minimizing spillage. Filling vessels are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, beverage, and food industries, where controlled dosing and hygiene are critical.

Types:

Filling vessels are available in multiple configurations including vertical, horizontal, and conical-bottom designs. They can be customized for batch or continuous operations, and are compatible with various pumping systems to suit different flow rates and process requirements.

Construction:

The vessel is constructed from high-quality stainless steel (S.S. 304, 316, 316L) to ensure durability, corrosion resistance, and compliance with hygienic standards. It features precision-engineered outlets, inlet ports, and optional level indicators. The vessel can be equipped with a top cover, agitator, or spray ball for cleaning-in-place (CIP) operations. All vessels are mounted on a sturdy base, with optional mobility features like castors for easy movement.

Operation:

Liquid to be filled is introduced into the vessel via an inlet or pump. The filling process is controlled through outlet valves or metering systems, ensuring accurate and consistent discharge. The design minimizes hold-up volume and facilitates complete product recovery. Optional features include steam jackets, agitators, and instrumentation for temperature or level monitoring, enhancing operational flexibility and product quality.
