Paste Kettle
The Paste Kettle is a versatile heating and mixing vessel designed for preparation, cooking, and processing of viscous liquids, pastes, and semi-solid materials. It ensures uniform heating, prevents scorching, and maintains product quality. Paste Kettles are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food & beverage, and cosmetic industries for applications such as syrup preparation, ointment manufacturing, and sauce processing.
Types:
Paste Kettles are available in various configurations including jacketed, steam-heated, and electrically heated models. They can be customized for batch or continuous operations, with options for tilting or fixed designs to facilitate easy discharge of the processed material.
Construction:
The kettle is constructed from high-quality stainless steel (S.S. 304, 316, 316L) for durability, corrosion resistance, and hygienic compliance. The vessel features a precision-engineered heating jacket, agitator or stirrer for uniform mixing, and an outlet for easy discharge. The assembly is mounted on a robust frame with optional mobility features.
Operation:
Material is loaded into the kettle through the top inlet, and the heating system is activated to reach the desired temperature. Agitators ensure uniform mixing and prevent product from sticking or burning. The processed paste is then discharged through the bottom outlet, ensuring minimal hold-up. Optional features include temperature control, vacuum operation, and CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) systems to enhance process efficiency, product quality, and hygiene.
