Operation:
Material is introduced into the perforated bed, where a controlled stream of heated air fluidizes the particles, enabling uniform drying. Moisture-laden air exits through the exhaust system while dried material is discharged from the outlet. Fluid Bed Dryers minimize product hold-up, reduce contamination risk, and can be equipped with optional features such as dust collection, temperature monitoring, and CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) systems for enhanced operational efficiency and hygiene.
