Manufacturing Vessel

MANUFACTURING VESSEL

Manufacturing Vessel

The Manufacturing Vessel is designed for processing, mixing, and storing liquids or semi-solid materials during production. It ensures uniformity, precise handling, and controlled processing, making it ideal for pharmaceutical, chemical, food & beverage, and cosmetic industries. The vessel supports a wide range of manufacturing operations, including blending, reaction, and intermediate storage, while maintaining product quality and hygiene.

Types:

Manufacturing vessels are available in vertical, horizontal, and conical-bottom designs. They can be configured for batch or continuous processes and can include features such as agitators, heating/cooling jackets, or specialized inlets/outlets to meet specific process requirements.

Construction:

The vessel is fabricated from high-quality stainless steel (S.S. 304, 316, 316L) to ensure durability, corrosion resistance, and compliance with hygienic standards. It is equipped with precision-engineered inlet/outlet ports, manways, and optional level indicators. Agitators and CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) systems can be integrated for uniform mixing and easy maintenance. The vessel is mounted on a sturdy base, with optional mobility solutions for flexibility in plant operations.

Operation:

Material is introduced into the vessel through an inlet or pumping system. Agitators, if included, provide uniform mixing, while heating or cooling jackets allow temperature control during processing. The vessel is designed for efficient material handling with minimal hold-up, ensuring maximum product recovery. Optional instrumentation for temperature, pressure, or level monitoring enhances process control and operational efficiency.
