Operation:
Material is fed into the milling chamber through an inlet, where it is subjected to high-speed shearing and impact forces from the blades or rotors. The processed material passes through a perforated screen to achieve the desired particle size, while oversized particles are recirculated for further milling. Multi Mills are designed for minimal product hold-up and can be optionally equipped with dust collection systems, variable speed controls, and CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) features for enhanced efficiency and hygiene.
